What free DIY builders actually cost
Zola's sites are "free to create and publish", with a custom domain from USD 17.99, according to Zola. Joy is also free, according to Joy. Wix's cheapest Light plan is USD 17.77 a month on a yearly plan, about RM72, according to Wix. You pay little, but you build every section yourself on templates made for American weddings.
E-invite cards: the RM17 to RM80 middle ground
Kadlah has a free tier with six designs and a Premium tier at RM17 one-off with over 70 designs, according to Kadlah. SayaKahwin's Full Story plan is RM79.99 one-off with smart RSVP and analytics, according to SayaKahwin. An e-card is plenty for under about 100 guests and one event. It strains with two-day events, table plans and chasing replies.
Done-for-you sites: what RM238 to RM300 buys you
You send your details and photos, and a person designs the site. JE Studio's Signature Package is RM238 one-off with RSVP and three revisions, according to JE Studio. Convya's package is RM300 one-off. You get a custom-designed site, RSVP with your own questions, and an admin console for guest list, table plan, reminders and Excel export. It includes three minor changes, one major change and a free convya.art address. This tier fits an akad plus reception, or a tea ceremony then dinner, and can hold your angpao QR.
Custom agency builds: RM1,000 and up
Fully bespoke means you are buying a general website project. A basic small business site costs RM500 to RM3,000 a year, and a professional build runs RM2,200 to RM30,000, according to GoDaddy. Most couples do not need this. Event companies sometimes do, which is why Convya has a planner console in beta.
